For your wedding reception, we can comfortably seat 160 people. For Barn rental, a 4-6 hour wedding up to 100 guests is $2,000. Over 100 guests, add $20.00 per person. This price includes use of the Barn, a stage for your band or DJ, dance floor, restrooms, 3 large decks, outside pavilion, outside restrooms, and yard and choice of site for your ceremony.
For weekend weddings, the Barn rental is $4,000.00 up to 100 guests. Over 100 guests add $30.00 per person. This price includes the use of the Barn on Friday for decorating and rehearsal inside or outside, dance floor, restrooms, 3 large decks, outside pavilion, yard, 3 guestrooms and a bunkroom for 6, camping, ice, bonfires, outside restrooms, and showers. This price also includes the use of the Barn on Saturday as well as your ceremony indoors or out, 3 restrooms, dressing rooms, inside stage with sound system for your band or DJ, dance floor, 3 decks, outside pavilion, tables, camping, ice, bonfire, outside restrooms, and showers. On Sunday, this price includes the use of the outside pavilion, 3 decks, tables, and chairs.
