Weddings at The Red Barn
The Red Barn at Danville Springs is a beautiful and unique country setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. Our season runs from May through October. We are a large barn having excellent acoustics with a stage for your band or DJ and a large hardwood dance floor. There are three decks and an outside pavilion available for use and our grounds offer many places for photo opportunities. You can view photos of all of these options in our photo gallery.
We have two choices for your wedding celebration. You can have a traditional 4-6 hour wedding celebration, or you can make it a weekend wedding affair. For our weekend wedding affairs you would follow a schedule such as this:
Begin on Friday by decorating and holding your rehearsal. You can choose from having a picnic outside on our grounds or having a dinner inside in the evening. You can also choose to have a bonfire gathering at night under the stars.
On Saturday you will have your ceremony outside at the site of your choice or in a church-like atmosphere in the Barn. Begin your reception with snacks, hors d'ueuvres and drinks, followed by dinner and music and dancing for the rest of the evening. You can also choose to have another bonfire gathering that night.
Friday and Saturday nights you can choose to stay in one of our guestrooms or at places nearby. Camping is available for wedding guests only. There are restrooms and showers available for the guests use. The Barn is staffed and open all night long for your safety, convenience, and comfort.
On Sunday you will hold your farewell gathering on our outside pavilion until 2 PM.
